If the venture is succesful, we have big plans: First a fleet, then a corporation, and then finally an alliance! All will learn to fear the sound of a civilian gatling gun!
1) Upgrade from civi gun to something which actually does damage 2) Indicate time of event in eve standard time. 3) I love the idea of a fleet. But taking it up to an alliance level ? It's been done before .

Should be 17:00 ( 5 pm ) your time on Sunday.
According to this site: http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/time-zone/usa/eastern-time/
EST = GMT -5 hours eve-time is the same as the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
To check if I'm not mistaken, log into eve. Then check if the eve-time at the bottom of your status bar is indeed 5 hours ahead of your local time.
I hope this helps.

Originally by: CooperJZ Great fun. 4 frig rats and a warp bubble. Actually more than I expected to get lmao
NOOBDEATH FLEET FTW!
Yep ... that's all we got: 4 frigate rats and a small warp bubble.
I apologize to the more then 34 pilots (exact numbers unknown) who did join and where ready by 22:00. Shame on me for entering the system without a pre-fitted Reaper at 22:01
Half an hour later, you guys then witnessed noobish fleet commanding ... somewhat fitting for a noobshipfleet. We went to the first planet in Aunia to take some pictures of our fleet, but damn are those frigates small ... well at least you know how drones would feel now: small and lost.
We then set destination for Stacmon, with our scouts in Covryn and Cumemare. Only after I got the fleet 2 jumps into low-sec, did it occur to me that people might not want to risk a sec. hit. So we made 6 more jumps into 0.0. For some of you guys it was the first time in 0.0. I clearly remember someone saying: "Man it's all empty here. Does that mean it's not so dangerous to mine in low-sec ?" One could almost believe it. There was a system in which the 2 locals suddenly left after our fleet of 30+ pilots jumped in. But it didn't take long until a Vagabond an some inty caught up with our "bait". I believe we had 3 scouts / tacklers in the system with the Vaga and his friend. Our fleet was ready to jump in from the other side, as our bait approached the gate. Rookie frigates being what they are, the bait got killed very fast. But then we all jumped through the gate, copying our "NOOBDEATH FLEET FTW!" into local, scrambling the Vaga ... and failing to keep it in range. We lost a few ships ... but somehow the Vaga didn't punch through us as fast as I had expected, so we warped to safety. We had utterly failed to score a shipkill. I thought I had just managed to bore the guys who made NOOBSWARM possible in the first place: The 30+ pilots willing to fly. But given the options of either returning to high-sec or suiciding in an epic charge, they decided for: suicide. Suicidal Fleetwarp to the gate we had encountered the Vaga. It was gone, the gate was clear. We landed next to a small warp bubble and with no other target in range, we took it down: keep space clean !
Then came the Phobos accompanied by an Ishkur. The Phobos was closer, so I called it as primary ... not the best choice, but hey we weren't looking for a kill anymore. We wanted the fastest ride home. And sure we got a ride: Did anyone on the fleet count how many ships warped on us ?
Back in Minmatar space in a brand new clone, the first thing I did was checking if the 25+ pilots who had gone through 'till the end weren't mad at me. Well ... the next date for a NOOBSWARM is far from being decided yet, but I think those crazy guys want more of it.
... uhm, did someone really suggest a fleet of battle-haulers ???

Originally by: Zach Donnell Im not sure if it requires logging in to youtube or not, but I am given a "Watch in HD" option underneath the video that gives very good quality.
Thank you for the video. Yes you can click the "watch in HD" without loging into Youtube. I've watched the video three times in a row and only heard positive comments of it.
I'd like to seize the opportunity to tell everyone who enjoyed NOOBSWARM to check out this event: House Rigel's frigate race
Please come if you can, be it as spectator, contestant or track marshall. There are prizes to win for the competitors, but you can also place bets
Concerning NOOBSWARM: some people have suggested we do this kind of event on a regular basis or even try it with bigger ships. I personally didn't really consider another NOOBSWARM for several month, but if there is enough interest we could do it again sometime.
